I did a triathlon this morning and enjoyed this recovery smoothie after I got home (instead of the pizza, bagels, muffins, and beer at the finish line!) ** Race Recovery Smoothie ** 1/2 cup coconut water 1/2 cup water 1 banana 1 frozen acai packet 1 scoop greens powder (I like Amazing Grass Orange Dreamsicle...yum!) 1/2 scoop protein powder I was so hungry that I completely forgot to take a picture, but man did that smoothie hit the spot :)
