I didnt find any posts about this, and I didnt see this in the RT4 Principles, so hence my question. Do you eat before you go to bed, or you go on an empty stomach? I have a very weak stomach acid, so when I eat cooked food around 2pm (yes, I know too early, but my budget is low, so I cant buy that many fruit), by 9pm my stomach is empty and this is usually the time I go to bed. How do you do it?
