I disagree with this sign. Dont go 24 hours. Keep learning and growing until you are pretty close to 24-7. And you world becomes that. Complaining is a waste of life. I actually spend some of my time solo so I dont have to be around that energy, altho my best friends, at least those I stick with, dont much at all - they see with gratitude and know what is a big enough challenge to be worthy of their concern and attention. They know what is small stuff. I notice some folks if become regular in your life soon show if they complain about everything - how their nanny cant get their laundry right (they have a nanny!), old friends, their ex, their employer, their coworker, how the shop screwed up their coffee and of course all the people they think imposed them hardship...repeatedly like a badge of honor they refuse to give up..... Its the first negative energy that enters a friendship - not between the two friends, just a negative energy injected. And first sign the friend does not yet have perspective, appreciation or gratefulness guiding their vision.
