I do believe Ive achieved that point in my life where the only opinions I value are those of my kids. I cut a lot of people out to see where Id end up if I wasnt influenced by drinking and feeling the need to be out so much. I was scared to do that to be honest. Turns out, it was the best choice I ever made. Drinking buddies are fun but they arent friends. Thats the lesson I learned. Well that and I quit caring about who I impressed except for my children. Seems they loved me for me all along anyhow. I never cared about the opinions of sheep anyways.
