I do not disagree on taking away soda from being able to be purchased with food stamps. I see no harm in it at all. People can live without it. I do see folks with tons soda in their carts every day. It is like three kids, mom walking out of the store, one kid already has some candy in their mouth, the other a sport drink, and the baby with a bottle of coke in his mouth. This is not unusual. But the coke may be safer than the soy formula or milk the kids could be drinking. So lets think about real health End all contracts with GMO makers. Spend some money on real nutritional education. DO NOT ALLOW convenience stores to have food stamp purchase authority without close camera monitering. But expect folks to get some information when they get food stamps what is healthy food and unheatlhy food
