I do not know Josh Whiton but found his Sept 17 2011 post called Autophagy and Aug 21 2011 post called Ketosis more or less paralleled my experience for the past 3+ months. One thing that caught my attention about Autophagy in doing other research was how it was thought to be helpful slowing cataracts and macular degeneration that can occur with age since I am 63. A diet to prevent cataracts was mentioned by a senior student in my 2 or 3 year of earning my OD degree but I did not take it serious. If you are interested in Joshs posts take a look at them.
