But, the Cover Girl spoof ad against the Rice partner-abuse controversy might have unintended consequences, as NFL is now under the microscope of consumer sovereignty. People who buy the tickets, watch the games on television or go to the stadiums, supporting the teams and players now want some positive changes mandating obligations and responsibilities. Let the investigation be completed with the results made public. If the NFLs top brass actually saw the Rice video and did far less about it, that spells trouble. If not, Roger Goodell should clean up the act with anti-abuse, zero-tolerance rules and regulations in place. Also, it shouldnt be a one-sided rule. Igonikon Jack, USA
