I dont always understand everything as it is happening....like having the flu at a time when I should be celebrating the end of one year and welcoming the New...feeling sorry for myself rather than appreciating all the blessings....and then I realized, there are people who have lost loved ones and will be feeling their absence and yet here I am with all of my family in good health and living in happiness; there are people working and serving whilst others have the opportunity to celebrate or at least be home and recover from the Flu! there are people who are approaching another year of struggle to be overcome, of illness to be healed, of brokenness to be restored...and suddenly a snotty nose and congested chest dont feel so bad. May the New Year be all that we each hope for and pray for. Health and Happiness to All.
