I dont do this very often as I am not often impressed with energy companies however.... I really recommend The Cooperative Energy for your Gas & Electric Supply, they work out about 10% cheaper than the big 6! Following 2 emails (not phone calls) over the space of 24hrs, they have arranged for me to try and pay off my balance before the next bill is due and if I dont manage they will sort out a plan with me. What has really impressed me is that, I have been honest with them, I have not told them a definite date that I can pay, but the Coop have gone out of their way to Help me and treat me like an individual!!
