I dont get it. Ive heard the addicts excuse a million times you dont know how hard it is to say no I say bullshit. Thats an excuse to use we must have a pill or a drug to cope with anything these days. You know whats hard? Let me tell you whats hard. Burying a child. . Thats hard. Losing a dad or grandchild thats hard. Living with life long chronic illness... thats hard. Losing your limbs. .. thats hard. Burying a husband of fifty years. . That would be hard. Losing your children husband brother sister niece nephew friend to a death caused by their addictions now thats hard. Pulling your head out of your ass and staying sober sure probably hard but its a misery of your own making if you keep going back. My life has been full of sad things but I can say Ive had to face them head on and never been dependent upon a Damn drug to get me through. You can all say you dont understand and you may be right but whats scary is my I dont give a f*** may be busted. Now thats hard.
