I dont go to church. Im not extremely religious, but, I did have a religious period where I went to church every Sunday for about 4 years from 2003-2007. I tried hard to be a believer but gave it up when my preacher told us the earth was only 4,000-6,000 years old, that the war in Iraq was a holy and righteous mission against the evil doers and the Republicans were Gods team. This video is me playing guitar in my one and only gig I ever played, my company Christmas party in 2006. Its a song my friend Don Rose wrote. Hes the one singing. It deals with Revelations. My guitar parts are basically emphasizing the lyrical story. Even then in my religious phase I cant say I really believed the stories that Don was singing about but I always liked them as a metaphor for whats going down. I thought since today is a Sunday and half the country went to church Id share a little church of my own. I think it was a year after this video that I stopped going to church.
