I dont know about you, but in the past, and even now, Ive definitely felt a ton of societal pressure to look a certain way. Why? Well, for years Ive gotten negative comments when Ive been out and about with no makeup on and my hair not done, Ive heard negative comments about my weight, size, and body fat levels, and Ive even heard of OTHER FITNESS PROFESSIONALS making comments behind my back about me not being lean enough in their eyes.
