I dont know if I am the only one that has noticed this, but why is it the only people who smoke are the people who cant really afford it? Like people on welfare. Well over 90% of them smoke. You dont have a job and can barely supply for your kids, but yet, you pick up one of the most expensive habits there are. And people who dont work. If you dont have any income coming in, at all, why in the hell would you be spending the little you do get on a habit that you can literally benefit nothing from? Now, if you work, I dont have a problem if you smoke. You work for your income and you should spend it how you please, obviously. But youll see these people constantly complaining about being broke but they wont hesitate to drop mad cash on a carton of cigarettes. Even worse is that most of them sacrifice day-to-day necessities just to buy cigarettes. Youll see them counting $5 in change and split if between gas for their car and cigarettes. Now, call me what you will, but if youre having to count change just and your car is running low on fuel, I think its safe to say that gas is a little more important. Fridge will be empty as hell, kids be hungry, Mommy aint got no money. It dont grow on trees. Yeah, but you always make sure you have a cigarette between those fingers, though, wont you? Its amazing how habits take literally take over the mind and body. But, it can only do so, if you allow it.
