I dont know if anyone has seen the commercials for a show entitled my big fat fabulous life, but its interesting to say the least. After seeing it my initial reaction was to find out why this woman was so fat then to see why she was getting her own television show advocating her fatness. I did my research and found that she has poly cystic ovarian which causes women to gain weight due to insulin resistance. I then found out that insulin resistance could be managed by diet, exercise and lifestyle management. For me that means she spent one year of college doing the exact opposite and ignoring any signs of added weight loss. I understand the idea of not shaming people for being fat, but where does it end? Does that idea stop when everyone in America is morbidly obese? Whitney thore is not fat, she is 380 lbs on a 5 7 frame.
