I dont know the exact figures, and my condition prevents me from full comprehension, but along with Duncan-Smiths murderous crusade, the supposed recovery is also I believe based on a tissue of lies. The politicians and their quislings constantly seek to revise their definitions of growth, recession, poverty and debt to sideline or ignore the facts in preference for a fairy story. I think the real story is people are struggling to survive and in one report I read, food prices have risen by an average of 33% or thereabouts, compared to the limit of 1% or less set as either a benefit increase or a pay rise cap. There seems to be an abyss of disparity between reality and the filth and lies these unelected criminal scum are foisting on the people.
