I dont normally do things like this, but if you are a musician in the Norman area I would strongly encourage you to take your business ANYWHERE else besides Gilliam Music. Their customer service is beyond horrid. I tried to give them a 42nd chance tonight and was verbally aggressed by one of their longterm employees for attempting to play one of their guitars. There are some excellent music shops in the Norman/OKC area and giving your money to Gilliam Music, instead of a legitimate music store, would be an absolute travesty. Do yourself a favor and remain outside the walls of this wretched establishment. *end rant*
