I dont think the world needs that many more extra words on #Anzac day so I will keep it brief. Im thinking of the mob turned away from peacefully walking in the Canberra Anzac march because the forgotten wars and colonisalisation arent recognised, thinking of my grandpa, who I miss, who was lost, considered dead, in the jungle of Timor with his Sparrow force unit for months. And I think what defence and love of country looks like now, and what a hero looks like, and I think it looks like people like Bill Ryan. I reckon Grandpa would have liked Bill.
