I dont typically voice my opinions of how other people choose to parent their children. But after dropping my child off this morning, Im highly concerned. Its 23 degrees outside. Layer your kids in warm clothing. Although my child didnt like it, I made her wear base layers with a hoodie & jean etc. So to whoever sent their child to school in shorts and flip flops, shame on you! I wouldnt have believed it if I hadnt seen it. We dont often see really cold weather but people need to educate themselves on hypothermia and how it can quickly affect the body. My child wanted to wear a T-shirt, well sometimes we just have to make them do whats best. Made me want to take that cold baby home and give them some pants & shoes! Surely there was an explanation. Rant over!!!
