I dont understand how Israelis who claim ownership to land in the West Bank (Judea and Samaria) from before 1948 can honestly deny Palestinians the same right to claim ownership of their land inside of Israeli proper. The question of ownership of the land and the rights to it in Gush Eztion need to be determined in Israeli Palestinian negotiations not by the whims and Israeli governments in unilateral decisions that ruin the chances of any genuine negotiations. Yes, the area annexed by Israel in Gush Eztion which is alongside the green line is likely to end up in Israel. Its legitimacy as part of the State of Israel will only come from Israeli Palestinian negotiations on the border.
