I dont understand what Tony really wants. Nancy the law minister says its not her job to advice on Attorney General on whether to prosecute Ibrahim Ali or not, only to be met by Tonys rather cynical remark you were appointed as law minister for what? Hello Tony, a potential future minister. Heard of Separation of power? Nancy the executive should tell AG who and what to prosecute eh? Now suddenly that becomes her job? Its the job of the Government/Executive to instruct AG on prosecution? So now Tony wants the government to have a say on Attorney Generals decision? Tony wants separation of power NO MORE? Tony now thinks that its the Ministers JOB to decide on who to prosecute? Tony thinks Nancy should instruct Attorney General to Prosecute people? I cannot digest this. Anyway, I better snap shoot this. One day, if Tony ever becomes a minister I shall ask him again this question. Hope he remembers la what he said
