I dont usually write a long status but I need to give some thanks. I have had the most amazing year. I released a song after a long and beautiful process with Fraser Montgomery at The Aviary - Recording Studio and Creative Hub which I am still so proud of, I made and released a videoclip featuring some of my favourite people which Edwin Tejoz so brilliantly directed, I supported some of my absolute favourite acts and played in incredible venues, recently I have been joined on stage by three extremely gorgeous women (Emilee, Jane and Esther), Ive played some wonderful festivals and my god I have met so many inspiring, beautiful, talented and kind people. All of this has so much to do with your love and support. I am so, so grateful and feel so lucky. Thank you for coming to the shows, for buying my music, for listening to my music, for streaming my music, for sharing my music, for watching my clips... and you know it seems silly to say, but a like might be an easy thing to do, but I see it and I see your support and encouragement and guys even that little like means a lot to me. I am extremely excited for next year (I promise new music!) but I just want you to know that I appreciate it all so very much. Im finishing off the performing side of things this year at The Corner Hotel with The Basics tonight. A place that 4 years ago Id laugh if you said I would be playing there and with a band who I have loved and followed since I was 17 - thats almost 10 years (they were in my Top Friends on Myspace). So thank you for this year. I hope you all have heaps of fun over the next week listening to some great music, having a few froths, laughing a lot and safely bringing in the new year.
