He whacked a few of the boys on his way in who kept laughing. Ryder-Alofa I swear Id rather be hanged before I let you use that as a reason! Alofa-i was only joking. But you deserved it for being so confident with your manhood. Ryder-if I am its because I have every right to be. Would you like me to show you how impotent I am? Ryder moved like a hunter towards his wife with purpose. Alofa only realised his intentions a second before he crushed his mouth against hers. Going ridged in his arms. He used his thumb to put pressure on her chin, forcing her mouth to open to him. His little lesson turned serious when he heard her moan. Ryder forced himself to pull away from his wife. His base instincts were to lift her onto Nathaniels kitchen bench but he knew if he did he wouldnt stop. The kiss affected him more than he thought it would. And then a thought popped into his head making his brows slash down with force. Somebody obviously taught his wife how to kiss! She looked dazed by what just happened but Ryder wasnt fooled. He would have preferred if she told him the honest truth but if his wife wanted to protect her lover than so be it. Alofa had no idea what just happened but she knew Ryders demeanor had changed to cold indifference and she couldnt fathom why. Ria walked into the kitchen. A knowing grin on her face when she saw Ryder and Alofa standing close to each other. She was holding her daughter Shaye followed by Oriana carrying in more plates from outside with the rest of the girls. Ryder cursed undee his breath when he felt his wife tense beneath his arms. She excused herself and went outside to help clear the table. Ryder didnt want to admit but he was seething with jealousy. He slept with women more beautiful than Alofa, so why did she affect him so much where other women could never. If he wasnt careful, shed have him following her like a pup. That thought made Ryder cringe even more. Bloody hell. They spent the rest of the evening avoiding each other. Alofa remained inside the house with the girls and the kids while Ryder and the boys kickedback in the garage having a few beers and playing a game of pool. Jay-Marriage aye? Ryder-what? Jay-nothing lol Ryder-idk what Ria sees in you punk. Jay chuckled. Honestly, I dont know either but I know she sees the best in me. Plus I didnt have to work hard seeing as she chased me. Ryder-pft but if she didnt you wouldve chased her. Jay-yeah true. But dont tell her that coz Ill just deny it. They both smiled. Jay-you know I think a few of the boys have their eyes on ur wife. If ur serious about seperating from her than be prepared to see the boys try and move in. Ryder-not unless they wana be shot. Jay-oh? Thats telling. Ryder-whatever Jay-bahaha my wife is right about one thing. Ryder - whats that? Jay-when it comes to love....our species are very stupid. Jay walked off to grab another beer leaving Ryder to contemplate on what he said.
