I dont watch the news--not any channel--because I believe its a) usually negative and b) often manipulative (I read, from a variety of sources weighed against each other). I selected and watched several interviews of Benjamin Watson this morning, and this is most complete version Ive seen of his remarks. There may be others that are better, I just didnt run across them; for instance, his CNN interview got cut off. And here is what I have to say about his various remarks: This. Embracing expression of personal experiences and feelings of self and others, training a realistic eye on the present, positively acknowledging progress made, and focusing unflichingly on personal responsibility to BE what you seek from others (whether as a parent or an influencer). That is what makes a leader, and everyone can be this type of leader.
