I drove my little mama, (aka Granny-Baby) to church tonight. I waited as she walked slowly up the many steps to get inside her church sanctuary, I think there are 15, with several intermittent landings. She pulled herself up the final one. What determination I see in her. I was waiting for her to get out, and I saw her coming...walking down is easier, but her vision is getting worse. I watch her straining to see so she doesnt fall. She doesnt really want me helping...it is hard to hold back. Dignity is precious when you are 81, especially. How I love that little woman. Bless her Lord.
