I eat according to how I feel. zacheven-esh/how-i-use-renegade-diet/ Sometimes I skip breakfast..... Sometimes I fast for a large portion of my day..... Sometimes I eat a large breakfast. After decades of experience, I go by intuition. If I trained extremely hard and with high volume for several days in a row its likely Ill eat a large breakfast because my body TELLS me thats what it wants. If I ate a LOT the day before and feel the need to reduce calories, I skip breakfast and often times hit a morning training session. The key is NOT to be a slave to any 1 formula and to learn what works for yourself. zacheven-esh/how-i-use-renegade-diet/
