I fear that Allen West hasnt much clue as to what hes saying. Especially the parts about the the ACA being an edict handed down by a tyrant and the Executive Branch being able to amend a law without Congressional approval... But perhaps I dont really pay much attention to West because he was charged with violating Articles 128 (assault) and 134 (general article) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice which ended up in a NJP instead of a Court Martial and he was allowed to retire with full benefits. Meanwhile in Abu Ghraib the same year we had a dozen soldiers sentenced to military prison, and dishonorably discharged from service after courts-martials for similar or the same violations. I mean, if its acceptable for the Colonel to torture an Iraqi policeman, why are the others punished so harshly?? Yeah, like Im gonna listen to this guy say someone else is spitting on our Constitution... give me a break.
