I feel compelled to say this....I didnt come to God, come to Jesus - want, desire and NEED that relationship because of self-loathing or believing that I am worthless. I came to God because of the promise that God loves me; me- crabby me, not- so nice,sometimes bad choice making, sometimes lazy, sometimes not compassionate -ME. The journey, the spiritual growth, the actions that come from that love continue to make me feel blessed, and I am motivated not by my great reward in heaven, but I am motivated by the feeling of Gods unconditional, unending love and the burning passion to bring love to everyone around me - right now and here on earth. God wants your relationship, God wants you to know you are worthy, God loves you RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE. I am so convicted, Thanks be to God, thank you for the love we dont deserve and we dont have to earn, thank you for continuing to speak and move in my life and the lives of others.
