I feel it is time for India to start a two tier voting system where we get cast two votes, one for the prime ministerial candidate/party to which he belongs and another for the member of our respective constituency. I seriously feel that Mr. Narendra Modi should be the Prime Minister of our country but at the same time I do not wish to waste my precious vote on the candidate whom his party floats in my constituency because except during elections and attending marriages of some important persons of my constituency my representative to the parliament has done nothing towards welfare of my constituency. The streets are still dark, the garbage bins still overflow and stink, the sabji market has encroached the main road by leaving the concrete marked which was got constructed by the previous Chief Minister causing serious traffic problems, there are lanes which flood even in slight showers, but he has never even turned his face over these issues so I cannot accuse him of turning his back. M in pathetic dilemma :(
