I feel like Im really taking a chance here, but its been on my mind a lot. It seems like Ive been getting a lot of snark and some outright hostility over my choice to go with a plant-based diet. And no, its not my imagination. Some people think Im too thin, some are waiting for me to get fat, some are waiting for me to get over it, some are questioning my knowledge of nutrition, and some are just waiting for me to keel over. It would be one thing if I was out there preaching the vegan gospel, something I have never done and never will do. Ive simply found something that works for me, I feel better than I ever have, I aint starvin, Im just living my life, so come on, be happy for me!!! ----this is a big deal for me to be saying this, so show me some love. But I have to warn you, any snarky comments will be deleted.
