I hope Im not the only one who noticed that. In the end, Miyazono Kaori died. She knew about it. Evidences: The contest where she collapsed. (Ill elaborate later) You can also notice that somewhere in the manga and anime, shes taking a shitload of pills. Why? She claims the shes anemic which is a symptom for Leukemia. It can be another disease though. An Incurable one.. At chapter 41 where Kouseis Half-assed Confession to Kaori. She was probably starting to get hospitalized at that point thats why she said You know, I wont be always here by your side to help you ~ Charlie Brown. Also, she talks shit (A good one :3 ) about her to be remembered. Her Until I die statements (Ill elaborate later) and was very forceful to Arima to play the piano because hes going to be her legacy. Egotistical right? Probably theres a cause behind that. The latest chapters in the manga shows more hints. Shes very frail. When she fell down, she forces her legs to stand up while crying but cant. Also when Arima gave her juice, upon giving the bottle, it fell... It implies that her hands have no sense of strength at all. The process of moribund. And yeah for the VITAL EVIDENCE. After the performance or the contest, Kaori said I wont forget it until I die then she collapsed. If you had observed properly, Kousei asked that Was it the first time you feinted? she replied that indeed it was then after the flash backs of what happened, the monologue of Kaori in the hospital room was So I collapsed again or in the anime I see... So I passed out again. It clearly implies that she lied about it. The performance was somewhere in April. The title is Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso and it translates to... Yes, you guessed it. Your LIE in APRIL. Im really bored. LMAO
