I feel like, out of all the people groups: The police The rioters The whites The blacks The KKK The Black Panthers The poor The rich The racists The race-baiters The media and all the others... I personally feel that out of all the groups of people... The Jury, yes, The Jury would know all of the evidence better than any of the other people groups... Better than the media, better than the talk show hosts, better than the celebrities, better than the politicians, better than the rioters, better than the accused policemans fellow policemen, better than the family of the accused, and yes, even better than the family of the deceased. Proverbs 18:17 (NIV) 17 The first to present his case seems right, till another comes forward and questions him. Innocent until proven guilty... That used to be the American way. But I have recently seen, case after media-blown case... Guilty until proven innocent has become the American way... and even worse, it has become... Presented as guilty to the entire nation even after being found innocent. ... but, I dont know... ...maybe Im too trusting of a handful of citizens who are given the closest look at the case and are given the duty of casting an official judgment. ...and maybe Im too distrusting of the masses of people in the streets and in the media who barely get a glimpse of the surface of the case and cast unofficial judgments.
