I feel really horrible today. I came home from grocery shopping and as I was about to start cooking breakfast and what looked like water on my counter turned out to be cooking oil all on the counter top and under my microwave. I totally lost my appetite..screaming who was the lazy a** that would do this and not clean it up. For the first time in my life Joe stayed quiet as in ranted and raved and cursed and screamed...he stayed out of the kitchen. I usually dont get mad and I was so Pissed my blood pressure was High and I could feel it. After I cleaned all the nasty oil, I went to the cabinet where I usually keep the oil and there was another spill...omg..my blood pressure went up again...I was ranted and raved..... Ok to make a long story short...after cooling down and going upstairs to clean in came down to clean and son of a gun....another dern oil spill on the counter again. So I investigated...the Oil container had a small leak...I have never ever felt so horrible for blaming my children and my husband. What Was worse is my kids and husband were afraid to be around me because I was a ticking bomb. As a mom I have been feeling like crap all day for putting my family through with what I did. I apologized to my kids and husband and told them I loved them. Today was one of those days. Lesson learned for mom: next time chill out...clean it and move on.
