I feel the need to reprimand some of my Anti-ObamaCare counterparts who insist that most of the law has been delayed as this simply is not true. 18 of the 19 taxes and surcharges that were created by the law are alive and well and the provision that allows the IRS to levy penalties on those individuals who choose not to obtain an ACA compliant healthcare plan still stands strong. The Medicaid expansion is still in place as well, although only attracting about half the new participants as was expected. I simply don’t know what my counterparts are talking about! :) ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ObamaCare is fiscally devastating to families and the nation’s economy and it is only going to get worse. We must never lose sight of the fact that ObamaCare is a national healthcare insurance subsidy, not healthcare reform. Our options are to learn to live with its significant flaws and astronomical costs or repeal the law for being the federalized disaster that it is. Because of its complexity and one size fits all design, ObamaCare is simply unfixable.
