I finally am in a great job! With a DON that treats me with a lot of respect, actually looks to me for guidance on things. A Boss who is excited about my PR and expansion ideas for the company. Nurses that like me (at least the LPNs and the Aides, the other RN is pissed I am getting all the business.) Great patients, who call my job and say wonderful things about me. Am making a good living. Am practically my own boss. Work my own hours, part time from my couch. Wear T-shirts, scrubs and tennis shoes for work. God, please dont let me screw this up.
