I finally got an adjustment before I left work today, and was feeling pretty good after a 8:30- 6 day at the office, then 1 more massage in Conneaut. Came home and ate at 8:30 then went out to check on the kitten Mel brought home. The dumb bugger was up the tree in the front yard. I took the 8 foot step ladder out, had Mel holding a flashlight so I could see her and climbed the whole way to the top but couldnt quite reach her, so stepped up on top of it and it buckled. Mel screamed, I went down in a pile of twisted fiberglass ladder on the driveway, got up and got the extension ladder (which I should have gotten in the first place) and got her down. I wrenched my back, have a very sore left index finger and a sore left leg (knee twisted when I landed). Why didnt I just let the cat up the tree for the night??
