I find it a bit hard at times watching this video. So many of us act as if we are dead though we are living and breathing, and in Sam he knows his body is dying/decaying at an accelerated pace. We are dead when we always stay stuck to our comfort zones, never improving and becoming better. Yet Sam who knows exactly what he is going through is living much more than most of us. I thank Sam for showing us how to live, I also like to thank everyone in Sams life who made it possible for him to share a piece of advise with us.
