I find it hilarious when the guy that lives below us bangs on his ceiling to no end when he thinks we make too much noise. FYI; you live in a BASEMENT apartment in a pet friendly building that also happens to be moderately cheap. You cannot complain about a little bit of noise, Im not keeping my dog crated for your pleasure. OH and its 830 in the morning, maybe you shouldnt have been up all night doing god knows what & be up at regular times. Get over yourself! Rant over.
