I find our skin a truly amazing mechanism. How it is varied, from sensitive/oily to combination. How every single one of us has a UNIQUE fingerprint, awell as the fingertip being one of (or the most) sensitive areas of the human body. How we feel heat, extreme coolness, pain, a water drop not even within a second. Imagine if we couldnt feel pain or heat? We would be burning ourselves without even noticing! How when we are injured or knocked, our white and red blood cells immediately take action in order for our skin tissues to mend, resulting in the process of bruising and healing over time. How our skin cells renew and regenerating themselves while we are asleep. How the skin pigment melanin contributes to the colour of our own skin. How the layers beneath our skin work in order for us to react in unexpected situations; to sweat when we are under pressure and when external heats causes our body temperature to rise, and to create goosebumps as a heat generating mechanism when external coldness causes our body temperature to drop. The largest organ in the body, protecting our blood vessels, tissues, muscles, ligaments, bones and organs. Imagine if we had no skin, and this was all exposed?! Can anyone of us create a model of an exact replicate of a single skin cell?! Surely, Allah (God) is the best of Creators ^_^
