I firmly believe that Comcasts customer service is totally horrible. I found out a few weeks back that I have not been receiving all the channels that were supposed to be included in my service. Since then, I have called Comcast with no luck.....getting transferred to the wrong person, wrong department, and whatever else could happen BUT get to a person who could speak with me AND fix the problem....been caught in their automated phone system, looping around to the place I was just at, and tonight, in a chat room with an analyst who left the chat room mid-conversation without any progress made....C ya comcast....
