I follow this guy because hes a vegan dietary healing specialist. He has some far out insights on other matters too, initiated with masters in India, modern Essene priest, physician and rabbi... a profound dude who started out all-American, played football in college and discovered later he could treat/alleviate depression, diabetes, other maladies with diet alone while working as a psychiatrist. He writes with articulation.
