I found a delicious recipe for tostadas from this months sunset magazine but I had to run it by the boss first. My kids understand that things can be modified to fit the needs of our household. I think people over complicate nutrition, others get elitist about it. Nutrition is relatively simple. How about starting with dont eat crap! If the ingredients are listed on your #piyo or #21dayfix food lists then you can eat them. These ingredients are tortillas, black bean, veggies like radishes, lettuce or cabbage, healthy fats like avocado and YES you can have cotijo cheese on BOTH plans!
