I found this article very interesting and Im curious to hear your thoughts. I remember hearing about a lady running in a big city marathon (cant remember which one) at 9 months pregnant. Her husband insisted her run with her for safety and she still beat him (LOL!). She was cleared by her doctor because she had been running through the entire pregnancy and before. Ironically, her water broke soon after crossing the finish line. She was rushed to the hospital and had a healthy baby. It makes you think about how amazing our bodies are and what we are capable of doing even when busy growing another person.
