I get a ton of people come in the gym and say they want to lose weight & tone! Ummmmm What they are really saying is they want to build some muscle and lose the fat they are carrying..........and they want a strong lean looking physique :) Ok so real simple ditch the long boring cardio work (pointless for fat loss, ok for weight loss) ditch the pills, potions and radical diets and concentrate on metabolic strength training - short intense training session with lots of recovery and lots of sleep. Cut some calories, get your macronutrients right, sort the timings of your meals and BOSH (only taken me 22 years to figure that out)
