I get tons of emails about insane results and i post them so often that I think people feel im lying and making them up, so to a large degree ive cut back on bragging about clients unless their results are mind blowing to me. saw this in my email today So last week I was somewhat in awe because I did laterals raises with 40lb DBs for 5x20. I was like WTF, I feel strong and healthy!! Never have I done lateral raises with 40 much less for 20 reps at 5 sets. So today I was suppose to pull 325 for 20 on a 2 inch deficit. Was a very stress full morning, without thinking I put 350 on bar and pulled it for 20 reps. After looking at numbers I jumped up 50 lbs from last week which shouldve been 25lbs. Didnt hesitate one bit. Goal is to pull 20 reps at 405 before I start pulling from floor. I started my deficit pulls at 225 and starting light has really cleaned up my technique. All squats and deadlifts have been belt-less as well. EACH WEEK I LOVE PROGRAM MORE AND MORE!!!!!!! Great stuff bro, you need to start you own e-book program! Max A. Martinez thats what im talking about, normal people like me and you doing ridiculous shit because they stopped training the same way as everyone else. if you want to do shit other people cant, if you want to get results other people dont, dont mimic everyone else. boom!
