I got Mary Margarets list of needed school supplies today for Episcopal Day School. She starts 3K next month. It just hit me that I will be getting a book bag and school supplies for fifteen more years. How can this be? I turn 50 this year. I keep telling myself that I can do this. Deep breath. God help me. I am pleased to report Mary Margaret is now potty trained. I thank God that she is now qualified to start 3K. (Okay, so I was a bit worried. Chocolate incentives - refuse to say bribes- finally paid off.) My husband turns 57 in December. His Lordship plans to take our cherub to school between Mass and his morning work out at ACC. Wonder if that ride to school will become all the work out he can handle? Mary Margaret can now recite the Hail Mary. She enjoys doing everything ALL BY MYSELF. I know theyll be calling on the Blessed Mother each morning in route to school. Jesus take the wheel. We are bracing ourselves for this ride. A child of senior citizens, Mary Margaret will need your continued prayers ;).
