I got a compliment from my district manager today, he loved my idea with the mason jar, I set up one of my 4 ways, in my department with the supplies and instructions, on how to make it, my boss told him i had a bunch of overstock so I came up with a simple ,cheap craft idea that would actually work for memorial day too. He was impressed that my department looks so much better and that i have taken his advice and made an effort to improve my department in so many ways and I take my job seriously, he was very happy about it. It felt good to know that they notice my hard work and it is paying off, my boss will talk about his visit on monday for sure.
