I got a new client in the office today that had an enormous amount of cocaine in his car. He consented to a search of his car because he didnt know. I would think that one who is going to carry around an enormous amount of cocaine would take just 2 minutes and 9 seconds to learn about their rights before carrying all that cocaine around. It would also seem intuitive that one would say NO instead of YES when asked for consent to search by a cop if he has an enormous amount of cocaine in his car even if he didnt know his rights. So, for all of you that dont know lets take just 2 minutes and 9 seconds out of our lives before we going driving around with an enormous amount of cocaine in our car and watch the following video that shows us what to do when asked for consent to search.
