I got an email today from 38Degrees about them being asked to give information to an MP Committee considering voter turn out and apathy, and what can be done about it. As with many things like this, I dont have the highest expectations of this, but below is the 38Degrees survey for anyone who is interested; the results of which they propose to share with this committee.
