I got to be of real value to someone today...someone who had a need of compassion and encouragement. On top of that, I had power in the situation that few other people *could* have had, and it all came possible because of my newly emerging ability to choose to include all of me in the moment, and let each of the parts have real jobs to do, real responsibilities, and having worked hard to establish trust with each other through our walk so far along our path. I am so proud of all of me right now! ... AND also exhausted.
