I got up early this morning because I havent had time to buy groceries this week, and Ive eaten all my food. I went to the cafe near my studio (SIX DEGREES, were now called!) and had a lovely little biscuit sandwich and some fruit. I finished a book I was reading. I overheard neighbors talking about a local street closing, and a husband call his wife to warn her of the resulting traffic. I knew most of the people who walked in. I felt part of a community. I closed my eyes for a moment and mentally walked through my day. Its a long one, and a packed one. My first class begins at 8:30am. My last class begins at 8:30pm. Its all work, and Im looking forward to all of it. I am so fortunate to love the work I do, to love the people I work for, the people I work with, and the people I work on. I have stopped stressing about and am instead embracing the many changes happening in my world at this moment. I literally have a tear of gratitude in my eye for the life I live. What a lucky, lucky girl I am. Thank *you* for being a piece in this glorious puzzle.
